Airline Tickets For Cheap

Question: A website for cheap airline tickets?

I met my boyfriend a few weeks ago and i live in Florida and he lives in Scotland. I have heard from many people that there is a website where you can join (for a fee of about 100 dollars) and then get seriously cheap tickets (as low as 10 dollars in the US). But no one seems to know the website. Has anyone heard of it or know anything about it? Please help. Suggestions are apprectiated. The website does need to be international. Thank you!
